The inspiration for this picture came from my cottage garden in high summer. 
 
It is handmade, using the traditional wet felting technique. I have used fine merino wool, threads and a touch of sparkle has been added to highlight the flowers and greenery.
 
The picture is mounted in a white box frame 26cm x 26cm, with a white card insert. This picture inside is 12cm x 12cm, it is finished with an acetate window.
